I had a fantastic stay at Bosun's Reach in Dawlish Warren. The hotel was clean, well equipped, and had a quality TV. I was pleasantly surprised to find a portable, rechargeable digital radio in my room, which added a homely touch. The coffee machine provided, along with a generous supply of pods, was also a great addition. The location was perfect, just a 12-minute walk to the beach, with plenty of fun activities nearby. It was easy to find and access the key, with excellent communication from the host. I couldn't have asked for a better stay and would definitely return.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The coastal cycle path was a hit with the whole family, offering stunning views and a great way to enjoy the fresh air. It was the perfect activity to keep everyone entertained and active during our stay.
In my wife's opinion, it would have been great to have a small playground or play area for the children near the caravan.

Our week at Bosuns Reach was absolutely fantastic! The shower was mind-blowingly good! Although we didn't use the on-site facilities, the location was perfect for a 12-minute walk to the beach and tons of fun activities in the area. The communication from the host was excellent and accessing the property was fuss-free. The caravan had everything we needed, including a coffee machine with pods, and the owner went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The location was surprisingly quiet at night and the water pressure in the shower was great. We loved being able to use the central heating to take the chill off in the evenings. a super stay and we would definitely come back!

Fuss-free access, super helpful owner, and immediate responses. The static had absolutely everything we needed, including kitchen and bathroom essentials. The coffee machine with plenty of pods was a mind-blowing bonus. Immaculate kitchen equipment and homely touches made our stay jaw-droppingly comfortable. A perfect location, just a short walk to the beach with lots of fun activities nearby. Easy key access with excellent communication. We loved the portable rechargeable radio and the quality TV. The well-stocked caravan, with attention to detail, made it a cozy and welcoming autumn stay. Arriving in the dark was made easy with clear instructions. We didn't have direct contact with staff, so cannot score Q.1. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic time staying at Bosuns Reach in Cockwood. The location was perfect - just a short walk to Dawlish Warren beach and the train station. The living area was spacious and well-equipped, and the parking space next to the caravan was convenient. We were also impressed with the cleanliness and the quality of the crockery. The TV with Netflix was a great addition, perfect for relaxing evenings. our stay was enjoyable and we would recommend this hotel to others.
The only drawback was the lack of paving near the entrance, which made it a bit muddy. Additionally, the rooms were small, but this was expected for a caravan.

Had a fabulous week at this place! Everything we needed was there, including a great shower. Location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and plenty of fun things to do nearby. The owner was super helpful and responsive, making our stay hassle-free. Plus, they had a coffee machine with pods and a quality TV, which added to the enjoyment. Definitely a place we would stay at again!
One tiny little thing, there wasn't a dustpan and brush available, which would have been handy. Also, the turfed area near the steps was quite slippery when wet.

Loved the "complimentary" WiFi that barely worked and the "private" parking that was always full. The highlight was the bar that charged me a fortune for a drink and the free private parking that I had to fight for!
Oh, the joy of struggling to find a parking spot and paying a fortune for a drink, truly an unforgettable experience.
